Vision & Values
Across Bramford and Somersham, we are united by a shared set of values known as our ACE Particles.
These were thoughtfully created by pupils, for pupils, in collaboration with staff and governors from both schools. They reflect what we stand for as a federation and what we believe every member of our community can achieve.We believe that every child is ACE and can demonstrate:

We encourage all children and staff to aim high and take pride in being part of a federation that is forward-thinking and outward-looking. Together, we strive to make our schools the very best they can be.

We achieve more together. Through teamwork, collaboration and a shared commitment to growth, our children and staff support one another to reach their full potential. We promote wellbeing and a positive mindset, recognising that success is built collectively.

In our federation, everyone matters. We are proud to be inclusive communities where every child and adult feels safe, valued and respected. Our strong connections within the local community and beyond enrich the experiences we offer and strengthen our sense of belonging.
A Christian Foundation at Bramford
As a Church of England Voluntary Controlled school, Bramford is guided by a strong Christian ethos. We actively live out the words of Psalm 133:1:
“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity.”
This belief underpins our commitment to unity, respect and compassion. We celebrate diversity, embrace difference and ensure that everyone feels welcomed and valued. In our schools, everyone belongs.
