Our SIAMS Inspection
As a Church of England school, Bramford CEVC Primary School is inspected through SIAMS – the Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools.
SIAMS explores how effectively a Church school is living out its Christian foundation and vision, and the impact this has on the lives and learning of its pupils and adults.
Our latest SIAMS inspection took place in June 2026.
We are delighted to share the report with our school community. It recognises the distinctive Christian character of Bramford and the ways in which our Christian vision is lived out through the everyday life of our school.

Our Christian vision in action
At Bramford, our Christian vision is not simply something written on a page. We want it to shape the way we live, learn and laugh together.
Our federation vision is:
ACE – Aspiration and Combined Excellence for Everyone
Our guiding principle is unity, inspired by Psalm 133:
“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity.”
We seek to create a community where every child and adult feels valued, known and included; where difference is respected; where children are encouraged to flourish; and where we work together for the good of everyone.
Our SIAMS inspection gave us the opportunity to reflect on the impact of this vision across our school community.
What did SIAMS recognise?
❤️ A caring and inclusive community
We want Bramford to be a place where everyone feels that they belong. Our Christian vision informs the way we care for one another and encourages pupils to show compassion, respect and kindness.
🌱 Children who are encouraged to flourish
Our vision places the flourishing of every child at the heart of school life. We encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence, resilience and a positive attitude towards learning and life.
🙏 Spiritual development
We provide opportunities for pupils to reflect, ask questions, explore their beliefs and develop their understanding of themselves, others and the wider world.
🕊️ Worship and prayer
Collective worship is an important part of our shared life as a Church school. It provides opportunities for stillness, reflection, celebration, prayer and exploration of our Christian values.
🌍 Living out our values
We want our values to be visible in what we do, not simply what we say. Through our relationships, curriculum, worship, behaviour and opportunities for pupil leadership, children are encouraged to make a positive difference to the lives of others.

Continuing the journey
An inspection report is a snapshot of a school at a particular point in time. At Bramford, we continue to use inspection findings alongside pupil outcomes, feedback from our school community, monitoring, professional development and our own self-evaluation to identify where we can improve further.
Our current Federation Development Plan places particular emphasis on:
- strengthening our shared ACE vision and values
- ensuring consistency across the Federation
- continuing to improve the quality and impact of teaching and learning
- strengthening outcomes for pupils
- developing pupil voice and agency
- supporting every child to flourish academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

Continuing the journey
